I liked this little book. It was a quick read but it had been crafted with care - a pleasant change from some "books" that look as though they've been thrown together in five minutes. If I owned a restaurant I'd buy a copy for each of my waiting staff. Some of it could be considered as being common sense, but common sense seems to be remarkably uncommon in some quarters, so there's a real need for books such as this one. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone just starting out on their career as a server.Product details

Good stuff pretty clear and to the point I got something out of it and I'm experienced, so not too bad
I'm a server assistant (bus boy), and I'm looking for knowledge in order to enhance my abilities and become waiter. If you have been some time in the business don't waste your money, probably you know almost everything here; it is not a deep review, as the title says Intro. But if you are a beginner like me you can go impressed of how wisely did you use this dollar!
